Merchants and nobles, your attendance is sought
Please bring the best of your wares and your art
Signups for vendors are closed for this year’s edition of the festival. Fantasy Court is freely accessible for visitors with no registration needed, so you are wlecome to stop by and subscribe for next year if you wish! If you have any questions or want to be added to the list of backup/replacement vendors, please contact us.
Fantasy Court takes place on Sunday, June 8, 2025, on the Koeveld of the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) campus (Den Dolech 12, TU/e, Eindhoven). The planned end of setup is at 10:30 in anticipation of the official start at 11:00, and the festival comes to a close at 18:00. The intent is to make it a nice and comfortable late-morning and afternoon experience.
There are many tall buildings on the TU/e campus. The Fantasy Court field is located in the airwake of one of these buildings, which sometimes causes sudden heavy gusts of wind. As a consequence of this, the organization has on occasion needed to help some vendors in previous years to chase down “runaway” merchandise. We ask everyone to take the wind into account when planning your stand setup. The gusts of wind are unpredictable, so it is not possible to arrange a place that will reliably be out of the wind.
We recommend prevention methods such as anchoring down your stall with elastic cords and anchoring tents with tension lines/guy lines. Merchandise can be secured using clamps or zip-ties. It is also wise to weigh down small containers. If you offer very lightweight goods, it may be worthwhile to invest in a tarp to hang behind your stall.
Due to campus policy, tent pegs must generally be pushed no further than 15 cm into the ground. If you need to use deeper anchors, contact us, as there are certain sections of the site where they are permitted and we may be able to arrange something for you.
Just like last year, LARP organizations are welcome to present themselves at Fantasy Court. It is possible at our event to introduce new people to the wide world of LARP. It is a lovely place to promote your own organization and get new players interested. Charities and non-profits are also welcome to take part in the festival if they are related to the concept of fantasy. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
The deadline for Fantasy Court 2025 has passed, but if you still really want to participate, contact us and we can look at what might still be possible (such as putting you on the backup list).
As usual, there will again be a market! Picture stalls that sell things related to LARP, roleplaying games, or board games, or something else related to the Fantasy genre. This ranges from jewelry and costumes to books and dice. There are of course reserved places for stalls that sell food and drink.
It is also possible to rent a stall and chairs through our organisation, depending on availability and your specific wishes. These will be rented directly from our supplier. It is of course also permitted to bring your own materials such as tents, stalls, or benches, on the condition that we know the details in advance (for the purposes of planning the field layout). This information can be filled into the registration form.
We are always looking for more performances and acts to add to our roster! This doesn’t only include music and dance, but also storytelling or organizing short LARPs. Contact the organization if you are interested in putting on such a performance or activity, and we will consult with you about compensation and other details.
See you at the court!
